    I use coconut oil just about every day. I use it as a moisturizer for my skin, oil pulling, precleanse and my hair. I always have a separate container on hand i use for cooking. This stuff makes my hair silky and shiny, for best results I use as a deep conditioning treatment overnight and wash & conditioner the next day, it gives amazing results every time! No other hair treatment comes close!
