We are a clean, natural beauty company that prides itself in offering the best organic coconut oil for beauty and personal care. We care about the type of coconut oil people use because you shouldn’t put just anything in or on your body.
The coconut comes from the tropical island “tree of life” and we intend to treat it as such. Our coconut oil process requires the utmost dedication and extreme care. Because all our coconut oil products are cold pressed, they remain unrefined and virgin without any additives, harmful solvents, or toxic chemicals.
Most coconut oil you see in stores is refined, made from moldy coconuts that have to go through an intense refining process to remove the impurities of the rotten coconut. Since our coconut oil keeps its pure nature, our coconut oil actually retains that beautifully subtle coconut flavor and aroma while also preserving the health benefits for topical and internal use. Our careful expelling of the oil from the coconut produces the finest quality oil to provide exceptional benefits for dry skin and damaged hair.
OUR JOURNEY
We started Kapuluan to build a community of people who care about making the world a better place. The poor conditions that coconut farmers live in, plus the onslaught of typhoons, devalues the labor of farming the best quality coconuts.
We wanted people who could help us achieve our goals of improving the livelihood of impoverished coconut farming communities and providing an antidote to environmental issues with our tree planting program.
We take no credit in creating this multipurpose product. Nature does all the work. All we do is package the oil and deliver its amazing benefits to people like you who care about what they use and how it affects the planet we live on.
