Coconut Oil Soap with Hydrating Cocoa Butter
Cocoa helps dry skin and will leave it intensively hydrated. It is high in fatty acids, which is why it’s often touted for its ability to hydrate and nourish the skin and improve elasticity. It is also an antioxidant powerhouse that helps fight off free-radical damage, which can cause skin aging, dark patches, and dull skin. It has also widely been used to help reduce stretch marks and scars.

1. Start at your feet and move up your body.
2. Brush your skin using wide, circular, clockwise motions.
3. Use light pressure in areas where your skin is thin and harder pressure on thicker skin, like the soles of your feet.
4. Brush your arms after you have brushed your feet, legs, and midsection. You should brush upward towards your armpits.
5. After dry brushing, take a cool shower to help remove the dry skin.

Coconut Oil Soap with Hydrating Cocoa Butter
1. Work the soap into a nice lather and apply it to your face and/or with your hands.
2. Gently massage it into your skin with a circular motion for about 30 seconds.
3. Rinse with water.

Raw Coconut Oil
Simply squeeze out the coconut oil and apply to your hair, face, skin, and/or nails. Coconut oil hardens in cold temperatures and may be difficult to squeeze out. If so, rub in your hands or use neutral/warm water to soften. Store at room temperature and keep out of direct sunlight and high heat.
